Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed before 12:00 (CET) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the following business day.
We ship from our warehouse outside Stockholm, Sweden. We work with DHL, UPS and Bring for deliveries. In many cases, you can choose which carrier you prefer at checkout, but not all carriers are available in all countries.
Our standard delivery time within the EU is 2–5 business days, in the UK 2–6 business days and to other countries in 4–10 business days from the day your order is shipped. Delivery times to more remote areas may be slightly longer.
The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout. Shipping prices start at 4.95 EUR / 3.95 GBP but may be higher in countries where our delivery costs are greater. Your exact shipping price will be shown at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep or the delivery point.
UK deliveries
We ship all UK orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that all customs duties, import VAT, and handling fees are already included in the prices you see on our website and at checkout.
You won’t have to pay any additional charges upon delivery — what you see at checkout is your final total.
Norway deliveries
We are registered in Norway through the VOEC scheme, which means that for all orders under 3750 NOK (including VAT), Norwegian VAT is included in the prices shown at checkout. These orders are delivered directly to your door without any additional customs or handling charges.
For orders above 3750 NOK or for business orders where you prefer to pay the amount excluding VAT, please contact us directly and we will arrange your order manually.
Deliveries outside EU & the UK
We now ship worldwide from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders outside the EU are shipped DAP without VAT. This means that no VAT is charged at checkout, but you may need to pay import VAT, customs duties and handling fees when your parcel arrives in your country. These costs are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order arrives in your country, UPS may contact you with a request for payment before the parcel can be delivered. Please note that Planora has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as they differ between countries.
We are working to make international shipping even smoother in the future and will prioritise countries where we see the most demand.
Importantly:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns from outside the EU and the UK are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any duties paid cannot be refunded.
We currently do not ship to the United States because of the current tariffs but are looking to find a solution shortly to be able to offer our products there.
Returns
If you change your mind or for any other reason wish to return your product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our return process is simple:
- Send an email to order@planorashop.com
- We'll send you a return shipping label
- Drop off your package at your nearest service point
- Once we receive the item, we inspect it to ensure it's unused and in its original packaging
- When the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 7 business days
Return service depends on your country:
- Sweden & Denmark: Bring
- Other countries: UPS
The return cost is 5.90 EUR and will be deducted from your refund.
We do not refund the original shipping cost.

Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not collected and are returned to us are subject to a 19 EUR fee to cover shipping and handling costs.
Please note that unclaimed packages are not considered a valid use of the right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please collect the package and return it according to our return policy.
Refused or Unclaimed International Deliveries
For deliveries outside the EU and the UK, where import duties, VAT or customs fees are charged by UPS or local customs authorities, the recipient is responsible for payment of these charges.
If the customer refuses to pay these fees or declines to accept the shipment, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund the order amount minus:
- The original shipping cost
- Any return shipping or handling fees charged by the carrier
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged to us during the return process
The refund will be issued once the parcel has been received and processed at our warehouse.
