Shipping & Returns

We do our best to make sure your order arrives quickly and smoothly. Here you'll find all the information about shipping and returns.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed before 12:00 (CET) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the following business day.

We ship to all EU countries from our warehouse outside Stockholm, Sweden. We work with DHL, UPS and Bring for deliveries. In many cases, you can choose which carrier you prefer at checkout, but not all carriers are available in all countries.

Our standard delivery time within the EU is 2–5 business days from the day your order is shipped. Delivery times to more remote areas may be slightly longer.


The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout. Shipping prices within the EU start at 4.95 EUR but may be higher in countries where our delivery costs are greater. Your exact shipping price will be shown at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep or the delivery point.

Returns

If you change your mind or for any other reason wish to return your product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our return process is simple:

  1. Send an email to order@planorashop.com
  2. We'll send you a return shipping label
  3. Drop off your package at your nearest service point
  4. Once we receive the item, we inspect it to ensure it's unused and in its original packaging
  5. When the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 7 business days

Return service depends on your country:

  • Sweden & Denmark: Bring
  • Other EU countries: DHL or UPS

The return cost is 5.90 EUR and will be deducted from your refund.

We do not refund the original shipping cost.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are not collected and are returned to us are subject to a 19 EUR fee to cover shipping and handling costs.

Please note that unclaimed packages are not considered a valid use of the right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please collect the package and return it according to our return policy.
