Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping
To start a return, please contact us at order@planorashop.com, and we will provide you with a shipping label. The cost of return shipping will match the original shipping fee paid during your order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping fees. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
